Qualifications: Any of the following reasons may qualify an operator: outstanding proficiency in plant operations; records, and reports; exceptional organizational activities in the award winner’s facility, demonstrated educational practices or investigations leading to improvement of the profession; exceptional devotion to duty; and outstanding service to the Association.

Eligibility for the Award: Must be a member in good standing of this Association and engaged in water treatment at least part time, on a regular basis.
